Born Sept. 28, 1960, in Burlington, daughter of Larry B. and Inez BALLARD NELSON; died Fri. at the hospital in Mt. Pleasant.

Survived by her parents; one brother, Alan, at home; her maternal grandmother, Mrs. Naomi BALLARD, Burlington; and her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold NELSON, Lockridge....
