DIED -- At Fairfield, on Tuesday, Feb. 9, 1864, of Pulmonary disease, Mauritz RUKGABER, a native of Nuttenburg, Germany, aged 42 years 5 months 22 days. He was an honest man -- an enterprising, and industrious citizen, and an ardent supporter of the institutions of his adopted country... Let his body rest in the narrow grave; and let us leave his great future in the hands of a God who is more just and charitable than we.
