FUNERAL OF NEWTON WILLIAMS HELD YESTERDAY. Interment Evergreen. Son of John and Harriet WILLIAMS. Born near Pleasant Plain Nov. 5, 1841. Married Miss Mary M. COFFIN March 26, 1870. Mrs. WILLIAMS died about 1911. He later married Mrs. Matilda GAGE and she with a son, LeRoy, of this city, survive him. Two brothers, Jonathan of Omaha, Neb., and Milton of Adel, and four sisters, Mrs. Nancy WYCOFF and Mrs Perry COLE of Pleasant Plain, Mrs. Samuel ROBERTS and Mrs. James JONES of Allen, Neb., also survive him.
