ANOTHER MEMBER OF CO. "E" GONE: On Saturday night intelligence reached here that John LOCKE, a member of Co. "E", 2d Iowa Infantry, had died in St. Louis at 1 o'clock p.m., of that day. -

Mr. LOCKE was taken sick about the 1st of January, but was not taken to the Hospital. He died in the Company quarters, surrounded by his friends and acquaintances. His disease was Congestion of the Brain. His age was 25 years 7 months and 1 day. His friends received word that his remains would be sent home by Express, and on Tuesday night they arrived on the cars, and were taken to the residence of his mother. On yesterday, at 2 o'clock p.m., his remains were escorted to their last resting place, and buried with military honors. Mr. LOCKE was a young man of good character, and was the support of a widowed mother. He was much liked by his associates in the camp, and by his friends and acquaintances at home he was highly esteemed. In their deep affliction and bereavement the friends have the hearty sympathy and condolence of the entire community.
