MRS. BEORGE BYARD DIED THIS MORNING.... At her home on West Jackson Street.... typhoid fever and complications. Adeline McKINNY, dau. of Elijah and Sarah McKINNY, was born in Terre Haute, Ind., Dec. 24, 1848, where she grew to womanhood; married in Terre Haute on Sept. 17, 1868, George W. BYARD; eight children, five of whom preceded their mother in death, Ollie and Alice who were twins, Mae, Jerry and Esther.
Three children survive: George Edward BYARD of Kimberly, Idaho, Mrs. Matilda STOUT of Davenport, and Mrs. Bertha GARDNER of Bonaparte. One sister, Mrs. Sarah WOODS of Indiana, also survives. In 1880 Mr. and Mrs. BYARD moved to Peoria, Ill., where they resided until 1883, when they moved to Fairfield and have since made this city their home.....
