Hazel Mildred FORNEY, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer FORNEY, was born at Batavia, Iowa, Dec. 8, 1903, and died Sunday morning, Jan. 30, 1915, aged 11-1-23. Leaves parents, three sisters, Fern, Margaret, and twin sister Helen, and two brothers, Earl and John.
