MURDER AND LYNCH LAW. Mrs. Elizabeth CUDGELL, who used to live here and who will be remembered as being a sister of Mrs. R. H. VanDOREN, was the central figure in a horrible tragedy at Ogden, Utah, on the evening of the 19th.... She died shortly before 12 o'clock on Monday... The coroner's inquest found that the Japanese who shot Mrs. CUDGELL came to his death by hanging....
