A SUDDEN DEATH. George CRAINE was born and grew to manhood in Fairfield and for a number of years was connected with the J. E. ROTH Dry Goods establishment... Twenty-three years ago he was married in Indiana, to Miss Virginia STAPP, who survives him. He was 46 years of age.

One brother, Ed. CRANE of Council Bluffs, and two sisters, Misses Alice and Mannie, of this city, are the survivors of his immediate family. Buried in Evergreen Cemetery.
