The Cincinnati, Ohio, "Commercial Gazette" of the 18th inst. announces the death of Capt. Ervin CRAIL, one of the best known and most respected citizens of Newport, Ken., at the latter place the previous day. Deceased was a brother of J.D. and B.F. CRAIL of this city and numbered many friends among our older citizens.
