Hiram L. RODABAUGH (sic) was born in and died in Libertyville on Dec. 7, 1909, aged 57 years, 1 month and 17 days. He was married to Miss Kate HUGHES Dec. 12, 1876. Mr. RODABAUGH had been troubled with heart disease for several years, but his final sickness was of only a few days duration. He was a member of the M.E. church and a few weeks before his death acknowledged his faith in Christ and was perfectly resigned to the will of God. His last hours were full of great suffering, but he never complained. Never let a chance slip to do a person a kindness and was a great friend to all the children, who will greatly miss him.

Besides his wife, he leaves one brother, one sister. He was a member of the K. of P. Lodge, M. W. A. and I. O. O. F. His fnueral (sic) was conducted at the M. E. church by Rev. W. B. Ireland, assisted by Revs. Helmer, Bruce and McNeil. The floral offerings were many and beautiful. Interment was made at the Fell cemetery.

(Son of Abraham and Catherine KINZEY RODIBAUGH. When his widow, Catherine Y. (HUGHES) RODIBAUGH, married 2nd on Oct. 2, 1926, her birthplace is shown as Van Buren County; her father Jeremiah HUGHES and mother's maiden name - Elizabeth A. WYCKOFF. It was Hazen WHITE's third marriage; he was born New York, son of Marvin and Polly A. (CROWELL) WHITE.)
