Mrs. P. HELTERBRAN Passes Away

Mrs. Paul HELTERBRAN, well known resident of Round Prairie Township, south of Lockridge, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 4th, at one p.m. at Jefferson County Hospital, after suffering a stroke Tuesday evening at her home, six miles southeast of Lockridge. She was the daughter of Gus and Jennie WORKMAN PETERSON and she was married to Paul HELTERBRAN, Feb. 24th, 1915, in the same township where they lived. She was a member of the Round Prairie Baptist Church and the Royal Neighbors of America. She is survived by her husband and one daughter, Pauline, four sisters, Mrs. Myrtle SMITH of Stockport, Mrs. Elsie TELFORD [sic - TILFORD] of Salem, Mrs. Elesta E?GHM? of Grand Junction, Colo., and Mrs. Carl COE of McAllen, Texas.

Services will be held Saturday morning at 11 o'clock at the Round Prairie Baptist Church with Rev. Calvin Hueter officiating. Burial will be in Lambirth cemetery.

[Mrs. HELTERBRAN's sister, Myrtle SMITH, was married to my great granduncle, George Sydney SMITH.]
