SILAS PIERSON PASSES AWAY.

Pioneer resident of Libertyville. Born Feb. 11, 1840, in Indiana and has lived in the community where he died for the past 73 years. Civil War veteran. First wife died several years ago and the children of this union who survive are: Allen, Emery, Charley and Rayburn all of Libertyville. A son, Will E., died a year ago. In 1911 he was again married, and his wife, Margaret, survives him.
