LIBERTYVILLE. Graveside services held today in Fell Cemetery for Thomas Jefferson MOSS, 83, who died Sat. at his home in Sigourney. Served as Rock Island RR agent and operator at Libertyville for a number of years before his retirement in 1959. He moved from Libertyville to Sigourney in 1943. Last rites were held at 1 p.m. today at the Reynolds Funeral Home in Sigourney.

Born Oct. 24, 1884, in Nixon, Tenn., son of John and Nancy COOK MOSS; married Viola STANSBERRY Sept. 7, 1912. Surviving are widow and five children: Mrs. Lloyd AXMEAR, South English; Mrs. James WATSON, Ottumwa; Vernon MOSS, Simi, Calif.; Huntley MOSS, Cedar Rapids; and Autry MOSS, Ottumwa; 9 grandchildren also survive. He was associated with the Rock Island RR for 50 years. Member United Methodist Church.
