Note: Buried in Fell Cemetery. Lowell, IA, is a ghost town in Jackson County, IA, and was about a mile north of the present-day business section of Maquoketa. Margaret has two gravestones: an individual one which gives her date of death as March 5, 1872, age 66-4-26, and she is on her husband William MOORE's stone but noted as dying March 5, 1873, with the same age. I believe the DOD on the joint stone to be incorrect based on the publication date of the obituary. For this reason, her year of birth calculates to 1805 using the DOD and age on her individual stone, but 1806 using the DOD and age on the joint stone.
