Joseph MANNING, who has lived on a farm about midway between Libertyville and Krum for many years, died last week and his remains were interred Friday; 84 years of age and his residence in Jefferson County dates from 1848. Native of Clermont Co., Ohio. Several children survive.

Note: Buried in Fell Cemetery. His wife was Susan KEEGHLER who died 10 years previous, in 1885, and is buried with him.
