Page 8, Column 4Edmon A. McCLEARY, 73, 308 E. Madison, died today at Jefferson Co. Hospital. Raymond Funeral Home. Burial will be in Fell Cemetary (sic) at Libertyville. A retired farmer, McCLEARY was a lifetime resident of Jefferson Co..
Born Feb. 1, 1893, near Libertyville, son of E.C. & Ella TURNBULL McCLEARY; married Lydia CAMPBELL Feb. 22, 1916. She died July 28, 1947.
On Oct. 20, 1949, he married Ila GLOTFELTY. Surviving are widow; one son, Kenneth McCLEARY, Sacramento, Calif.; one daughter, Mrs. Vernon SCOVEL, Fairfield R3; and four grandchildren.
Sisters and brothers survive: Mrs. Ethel COUSER, Fairfield; Mrs. Jennie CAVNIESS, Cedar Rapids; Roscoe McCLEARY, Fairfield, and Wendell McCLEARY, Waterloo. Member Methodist Church and Fell Cemetery Board; Knights of Pythias Lodge of Libertyville and F.O.E..
