J. E. McCLAIN, 203 N. D St., died yesterday morning in Fremont. Bur. Evergreen Cemetery.

Born Wapello County Apr. 2, 1853... Survived by wife formerly Miss Jane CARSON, and one daughter Mrs. T. E. KOCHER of Fremont. A son, Rutherford Commodore, died 16 years ago. Leaves a brother Calvin McCLAIN residing in Kansas.
