LIBERTYVILLE, Ia. -- Perry L. LEWIS, 70, Libertyville farmer, died Sat. 4:40 p.m. at the Jefferson County Hospital. Services will be held Tues. 1:30 p.m. at Libertyville Methodist Church. Campbell Funeral Home in Eldon. Burial will be in Fell Cemetery.

Born May 15, 1893, in Van Buren County, son of William and Lillie CARR LEWIS; married Helen GOEHRING Dec. 18, 1918. Spent most of his life in Jefferson County farming in the Libertyville area. Resident of Libertyville since 1936. Member Mt. Zion Methodist Church.

Surviving are wife and two children, Delbert LEWIS, Crawfordsville, and Mrs. Edith SMUTZ, Libertyville, and six grandchildren. One brother preceded him in death.
