HAGUE WILL NAMES FOUR TO BENEFITS

Nephew, Fred Hague CALLISTER, disclosed as trustee

Four beneficiaries were named in the last will and testament of the late Vernon Lester HAGUE, according to the document which was opened in the district clerk's office this morning.

The will was drawn up on Jan. 24, 1939, just before Mr. HAGUE made his final trip to Europe, and was witnessed by R. D. Hunt and Dr. J. S. Gaumer.

The will provides that all his estate, real and personal, be turned over to his nephew, Fred Hague CALLISTER, who is to act as trustee. The estate is to be held and invested.

Income from the investment, or the principal if necessary, is to be used to assure Clarance P. HAGUE, a brother; Grace HAGUE CALLISTER, a sister; and Fred E. CALLISTER, a brother-in-law, of a "comfortable living."

After the death of the beneficiaries the entire remainder will go to Fred Hague CALLISTER. Clarence HAGUE was named executor without bond.

The will also contained arrangements for payment of debts and expenses, including the funeral, of Mr. HAGUE's last sickness.
