Six children, two having preceded him in death. Leaves aged wife, three daughters and one son: Mrs. A. L. HOYT and Mrs. J. A. ROLAND, Muscatine, Mrs. A. L. HANEY of Birmingham, and Albert; two sisters, one in Nevada, Iowa, and one in Mills County, Iowa. Civil War, Co. B, 19th Reg. Iowa Infantry....

Note: Buried in Fell Cemetery near Libertyville. Wife was Indiann PRATHER, whom he married in Fairfield on 29 May 1862. His obituary notes he was born in 1841, however it's 1842 on his gravestone and in the 1900 census. Surname spelled GRAMMAR in his obituary but GRAMMER on his stone.
