DEATH TAKES MRS. GLASGOW

Mother of I. N. GLASGOW Passed Away at 9:40 This Morning

Mrs. Annie GLASGOW, mother of I. N. GLASGOW of 506 East Adams street, passed away at 9:40 this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ross KOONTZ, three miles northwest of Fairfield. She had been in ill health for the past three months.

Funeral arrangements are not completed at this time but the services will be held Monday from the Campbell Funeral home in charge of Dr. U. S. Smith assisted by Rev. Wilbur McClain.

Mrs. GLASGOW was eighty years old a week ago Friday. She was preceded in death by her husband. The following children survive, Mrs. George STUCKER of New London, Mrs. Lee FISHER and C. M. GLASGOW of Concord, Calif., and I. N. GLASGOW and Mrs. Ross KOONTZ of Fairfield. She also leaves a number of grandchildren.

MRS. L. N. GLASGOW

Annie Elizabeth ORN, daughter of Benjamin and Elizabeth ORN, born in Greensburg, Indiana, Apruk 15, 1852 and departed this life April 23, 1932, at the age of 80 yyears and 8 days at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ross KOONTZ, 3½ miles northwest of Fairfield after a lingering illness of 3 months.

She was united in marriage to Lyman N. GLASGOW, April 27, 1871. To this union were born six children(.) She was preceded in death by her husband who died November 26, 1892 and one daughter Rosella May who died at the age of twenty months. She is survived by the following children: Mrs. Lee FISHER and E. M. GLASGOW of Concord, Calif.; Mrs. George STUCKER of New London, Iowa; Mrs. Ross KOONTZ and I. N. GLASGOW of Fairfield; twenty-one grandchildren and three great grandchildren and also one sister Mrs. Will HANKS of Cloversport, Kentucky.

She was united with the church early in life and at the time of her death was a member of the Mt. Zion Methodist church, near Libertyville. Interment was in the Evergreen cemetery.
