Lieut. Frank F. FULTON, former Fairfield boy, died Dec. 24, 1931, in Brooklyn, N.Y.....

Born Des Moines Twp., Jefferson County, Aug. 28, 1888, son of Mr. and Mrs. W.A. FULTON... married Miss Ruby JEWEL, San Francisco, Calif., Aug. 15, 1918.... Interment in National Cemetery at Presidio, San Francisco, Jan. 4, 1932.

Nephew of C.J. & J.W. FULTON of this city. His mother and one brother have preceded him in death. His mother died Nov. 5, 1930. He is survived by his father, W. A. FULTON, and one brother Dwight of Des Moines Township.
