Jesse Ancel CORNELL, 76, long time resident of Jefferson County, died Sunday at his home in Libertyville. Hoskins Funeral Home. Fell Cemetery.

Born May 8, 1871, in Ohio, came to Jefferson County when 14, had been a resident of Jefferson County 62 years. Retired farmer. Had lived the past 12 years in Libertyville. Married Dec. 24, 1896 in Libertyville, Emma JACOBSON, who survives.

Also survived by children: Mrs. Rue DAVIS, Milwaukee; Mrs. Harold SWANSON, Fairfield; E.L. CORNELL, Kansas City, Mo., and Mrs. Frank DEVORE, Mt. Pleasant; 11 grandchildren and one greatgrandchild. Mr. CORNELL is the last of his family. His sister, Mrs. Grant CORNELL, died in Piqua, Ohio, a year ago.
