LIBERTYVILLE. John P. BOOTH, 83, retired Libertyville farmer, died Thurs. 6 p.m. at Jefferson County Hospital. Fell Cemetery.

Born May 19, 1884, son of John P. and Caroline ROBERTS BOOTH; spent his entire life in Jefferson and Van Buren Counties; married Emma HARDIN Feb. 14, 1918.

Surviving are widow and 3 children: Mrs. Juanita McELDERRY and Virgil BOOTH, both of Batavia; and Warren BOOTH, Stockport; also 5 grandchildren; one brother, Charlie BOOTH, Libertyville; and one sister, Mrs. Kate MANNING, Hermosa Beach, Calif. Two brothers and two sisters are deceased.
