Robert Huffman BISHOP, 61, of Champaign, Ill., former Jefferson County resident, died suddenly of heart attack Thurs., Mar. 5 while on a business trip to Chicago. Rites pending.

Born at Glasgow, son of Dr. Carl Sherman and Prudence Catherine GREGG BISHOP; grad FHS 1924 and attended ISU at Ames. President of R. H. BISHOP Co. in Champaign, Ill., at time of death.

Survived by two sons, James of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Robert H., Jr., medical student in Indianapolis, Ind., and one daughter Jade of Champaign, and 4 grandchildren. A sister, Mrs. Mildred JORGENSON of Covina, Calif., and one brother, Dr. James F. BISHOP of Davenport. Local relatives are an aunt, Mrs. W. C. SMITH, 200 E. Washington, and cousins: Mrs. Paul CAMPBELL, Mrs. Fred WILLINS, Mrs. F. H. McCLURG and Sherman BISHOP of Fairfield; Charles BISHOP of Glasgow; Mrs. Mable BRECHLER, Libertyville, and Mrs. Leo PAXSON, Richland. Preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
