Frank Robert BIEBER, 78, Lake Worth, Fla., died 8:20 p.m. Friday at Ottumwa Hospital following a short illness.

Mr. and Mrs. BIEBER had accompanied the body of her sister, Ethel BROBSTON, to Fairfield for last rites and burial. Services were held at the Raymond Funeral Home on Jan. 22. Miss BROBSTON, former resident of Libertyville, died in Florida.

Last rites for Frank Robert BIEBER will be held Sunday 2 p.m. at the Raymond Funeral Home. Burial in Fell Cemetery at Libertyville.

Frank Robert BIEBER was born Jan. 7, 1890, in Chicago, son of Charles and Rose BIEBER. He was reared and educated in Chicago where he lived until he moved to Florida in 1957. He was married to Winnie BROBSTON on April 22, 1942, in Chicago. A retired electrician, he was a member of the Methodist Church.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son, Frank G. BIEBER, Syracuse, Ind.; a sister, Mrs. Rose CAMPBELL, also of Syracuse; a brother, Charles BIEBER, Tallahassee, Fla.; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister.
