Mrs. Ivas E. WOODBURN, resident of the Batavia community for more than 20 years, died today at the Davis County Hospital in Bloomfield. Burial at Batavia.
Born Mar. 20, 1889, at Giltner, Neb., daughter of Edwin and Rose DUDGEON CASE. Lived in that community until moving to Van Buren Co., Iowa, in 1926. Married Dec. 22, 1915, to Hugh WOODBURN. Member Baptist Church at Trumbull, Neb.
Survived by five daughters: Mrs. Rose DAILEY, Batavia; Mrs. Ivas SCHMITTER, Libertyville; Mrs. Agnes STEELE, Lockridge; Margaret WOODBURN, Seattle, Wash., and Mrs. Mabel LEEDOM, Des Moines; two sons, Robert WOODBURN, Fairfield, and Sterling WOODBURN, Batavia; 13 grandchildren; two sisters: Mrs. O. L. DANGLER, Trumbull, Nebr., and Mrs. Mabel MARVEL, Seattle, Wash., several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents and two grandsons.
