BATAVIA. Glenn WILLHOIT, 80, longtime farmer in the Batavia community, died Mon. Ottumwa Hosp. Burial in Batavia Cemetery. Member People's Church, Masonic Lodge at Batavia, and served on the Wapello County Fair Board for a number of years.

Born June 5, 1891, in Mahaska County, son of Willis and Josephine WYMORE WILLHOIT. Farmed in Wapello County n.w. of Batavia for 60 years. Married Fannye DAVIS Feb. 24, 1915. She survives, also one daughter, Mrs. Walter DOAK, Washington; two sons, Max and Carl, both of Batavia; five grandchildren, 6 grgrchn, and a brother Charles WILLHOIT, Batavia. Preceded in death by two sons, one grandson, one brother, and four sisters.
