WASHINGTON, Ia. -- Mrs. Joseph PACHA, 87, Washington, died Sunday at the Washington County hospital.
A former resident of Jefferson county, Mrs. PACHA lived on a farm near Pleasant Plain from 1916 until she and her husband moved to Washington in 1951.
Services will be held Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. at the St. Joseph Catholic church here in charge of the Rev. T. J. Lew and the Rev. James Grubb. Burial will be at East Pleasant Plain. The Rosary will be recited Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at the Sherman Eden Funeral Home here.
Mrs. PACHA was born Nov. 29, 1878 in Johnson county, the daughter of Timothy and Mary RILEY CROWLEY. She was married to Joseph PACHA Sept. 19, 1916.
Mrs. PACHA was a member of St. James Catholic church. Surviving are her husband; two sisters, Annie CROWLEY, Iowa City, and Mrs. Theresa HEICK, St. Louis, Mo.; and one brother, Timothy CROWLEY Jr., Iowa City.
