ABINGDON. The house on J. R. PETERS' farm occupied by Mr. and Mrs. Al PETERS, caught fire Sunday morning and burned almost all of the contents, also the furniture belonging to Mrs. Clara HALFERTY. The contents were insured but no insurance was on the house.
