Miss Helen KOONS and Leonard N. FRESCOLN married Sat., Dec. 12 in Ottumwa. She is daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry KOONS; he is son of Mrs. Lillie FRESCOLN. He is assistant cashier of the Batavia Savings Bank.
