A large party of people -- most of them from the vicinity of Batavia -- will start for Colorado this week, nearly all intending to locate at Maysville. Elijah COLLINS and his son Alex, James BEARD (BAIRD), Thomas HENDERSON, "Vene" EVERETT, Wm. LAUGHLIN, W. M. TEMPLETON, C. S. HILL and T. W. HILL are among the number. Two other men from Illinois will accompany the party, and Scott SEARS will go if he can get ready.
