To -- Ailley Ann SEARS (formerly Ailley Ann COSSELL), Joseph SEARS, Mary Martha WHITMORE (formerly Mary Martha COSSELL), Johnson WHITMORE, Jackson COSSELL, Jonathan COSSEL, and Harriet COSSELL. You are hereby notified that there is now on file in the office of the Clerk of the District Court in Jefferson County, Iowa, a petition of Wilson WHITMORE and Ellen WHITMORE (formerly Ellen COSSELL), claiming the undivided half of the following described lands, formerly belonging to Micheal COSSELL, deceased, to-wit: The West half of the NW quarter; the NE quarter of the NW quarter, the NW quarter of the NE 1/4; and the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Sec. 21, in Township 72 north Range Eleven West.....
