Mrs. Hannah (MILLER) ALFRED, 85, Batavia; Mrs. Mary (MILLER) ALFRED, 82, sister of Hannah; and Charles AVERY, 71 (bur. Batavia).

Mrs. Mary ALFRED, "Aunt Polly", sister of Hannah, was one of the oldest residents of Jefferson County, born near Libertyville; came to Eldon in 1874. Preceded in death by her husband, Augustus W. ALFRED six years ago. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Jessie ANDERSON of Eldon. She was buried in Odd Fellows Cemetery near Eldon.
