Probate of Will.

Notice is hereby given to all persons interested, that a paper purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Travis EMRY, deceased, late of Jefferson county, Iowa, was read in open Court on the first Monday of March, 1866, and was set for hearing and proof on the 1st Monday of April, A. D. 1866, at 1 o'clock P.M., at the office of the County Judge of said county, at which time and place all persons interested will be heard.
