ESTATE OF NATHANIEL GREEN, DEC'D.

To all whom it may concern:

Notice is hereby given that a paper purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Nathaniel GREEN, deceased, late of Jefferson ocunty (sic), Iowa, has been filed in the office of the Probate Court of said county, was read in open Court at the December Term, 1863, and set for hearing and proof on the last Monday in December, 1863, (being the 28th,) at 10 o'clock a.m., at the office of the Co. Judge of said county, at which time and place all persons interested shall be heard. Given under my hand and official seal this 10th day of Dec., A. D. 1863.
