PECK turns 91 years old

William Edward PECK of East Pleasant Plain will turn 91 years old Thursday, Aug. 29.

Mr. PECK was born Aug. 29, 1928. He was raised on a farm south of Brighton, the youngest of 11 children.

Mr. PECK worked for the Fairfield Community School District for 20 years as an elementary teacher and principal. Then he worked for 17 years for the U.S. Postal Service, serving out of Brighton and Ottumwa.
