LOWEs observing 50th wedding anniversary

Bill and Sue LOWE of rural Birmingham are celebrating 50 years of marriage Friday.

Sue DICKINSON and Bill LOWE were married on Jan. 11, 1969, at St. Mary Church in Fairfield by the Rev. Robert Jackson.

The couple has two children and five grandchildren.

A family celebration was held in December.
