The Mount family reunion took place on the 13th of August at the home of Mrs. John T. Hoops, two miles east of this city, and was a pleasant and happy affair, as all such occasions are intended to be. Those present were: Mr. and Mrs. Jed. Mount, Mr. and Mrs. John T. Hoops, John Q. Robinson and wife, Mt. Pleasant, Samuel Mount, St. Louis, Mrs. Mary Mount, George Howell and sons Eddie and Harry, Mrs. Callie Knight and sons Willie and Jeddy.
