Page 2, col. 5.NOTICE TO EVERYBODY. I have in my possession a sorrel horse, three years old; fifteen hands high; square built and a natural pacer; he has four white feet; blaze in the face; and white slip on the under lip. Said horse came into my possession by the arrest of a horse thief, and this notice is given that the rightful owner may get his property.
Any person claiming said horse must produce satisfactory evidence of ownership, and a certificate from the Clerk of the County in which he resides that he is the identical person and a resident of said county.
