Will of MARY E. ALEXANDER, dated 19 April 1945.

Item 1. I direct that all my just debts be paid, including the cost of my last sickness and burial.

Item 2. Subject thereto, I give, devise and bequeath all my estate, real, personal, or mixed, to my brother WILLIAM HERBERT ALEXANDER, in the event he should survive me; however, if he should not survive me, then and in that event I give all the rest residue and remainder of my property to the Free Methodist Church of Fairfield, Iowa.
