Warranty Deed, Dated May 9, 1843, Recorded May 30, 1843, Bk. B, Page 244, MICHAEL FARR PEEBLER and wife FRANCIS, to ELIZA JANE PEEBLER, WILLIAM HENRY PEEBLER, MARY ANN PEEBLER, JOHN J. PEEBLER, MICHAEL D. PEEBLER, SYRON PEEBLER, CYRUS SAMUEL PEEBLER, being the legal heirs of SAMUEL S. PEEBLER, Deceased.
Affidavit. Dated Feb. 20, 1905, Recorded Feb. 25, 1905, in Book 52, p. 323. MICHAEL D. PEEBLER, to The Public. MICHAEL D. PEEBLER being duly sworn on oath says he was personally acquainted with the legal heirs of SAMUEL S. PEEBLER, deceased, being the MICHAEL D. PEEBLER mentioned in deed from MICHAEL F. PEEBLER and wife, dated May 9, 1843, recorded in Bk. B, p. 244, Jefferson County Records, conveying SW Qr. Sec. 25, Twp. 72, R.10 40 Acres to ELIZA JANE PEEBLER, WILLIAM HENRY PEEBLER, MARY ANN PEEBLER, JOHN J. PEEBLER, MICHAEL D. PEEBLER, SYRENE PEEBLER, and CYRUS SAMUEL DARIUS PEELBER, that the grantees named in said deed were the sole and only heirs at law of SAMUEL S. PEEBLER, deceased. That ELIZA JANE PEEBLER afterwards intermarried with JESSE B. WEST; MARY ANN PEEBLER intermarried with JOSEPH HOLSINGER, and CYRENE PEEBLER intermarried with CHARLES T. GLENN…..WILLIAM H. PEEBLER on 27 Aug. 1860 was an unmarried man of lawful age and competent to convey….SAMUEL CYRUS DARIAS PEEBLER was my brother and he was at date of execution of said deed to us a minor….”

MICHAEL D. PEEBLER had, among other children, a son JOHN W. PEEBLER, who in turn was the father of GLENN PEEBLER of Fairfield. (Ledger, Oct. 2, 1939, G-2) GLENN and ESTHER (MCCAIN) PEEBLER, have one son, RICHARD GLENN PEEBLER, nine years old in 1939.
