Page 2DAVISes celebrating 60th anniversary
Junior and Carol DAVIS of Fairfield will be celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary with a card shower.
The couple were married Feb. 20, 1957, at First Baptist Church in Fairfield, with the Rev. George Myers officiating.
Mr. DAVIS is retired after 30 years at the ANR pipeline. Mrs. DAVIS worked at the Van Buren Good Samaritan Center for 10 years in physical therapy.
The couple has four children, Vicki RUGGLES of West Des Moines, Brenda GASTON of Keosauqua, Susan HEINE of Hampshire, Illinois, and Bret DAVIS of Bloomfield. They also have nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
