The MEYERS family celebrates Christmas in their old house in Fairfield in 1982. The MEYERS children are, from left, Cheri, Mike, Teresa and Randy. Their parents are Terry and Edith MEYERS. The MEYERSes lived in a home southeast of Fairfield until recently when the city purchased their home to make room for a lagoon for the wastewater treatment facility. "Fifty years of living in the 'Big House' are gone, but we'll always have memories," wrote Terry and Edith about their former home.
