NEWELLs celebrating 79th wedding anniversary

Ken and Peg NEWELL of Des Moines and formerly of Fairfield, will celebrate 79 years of marriage Thursday.

Cards can be sent to the NEWELLs at Valley View Village, 2555 Guthrie Ave., Apt. 219, Des Moines 50317, where they reside in good health.

The couple has 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. NEWELL is the sister of Fern CRAFTON of Fairfield.
