REUNIONS

WAGLER

Morris Park, in Van Buren County, was again the host of the WAGLER family annual campout on the third weekend in September.

Attendance this year was good, but slightly under from past years.

Sept. 20 brought visitors to help the family celebrate. They enjoyed the "Family Program." Jeannette RICHARDSON and Betty WAGLER sang "Three Little Fishies," Kiera WAGLER told Halloween jokes, even if she didn't understand them all, Hannah WAGLER and Gramma Pam sang "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star," Katie BALTISBERGER and friend Bryanna MEHAFFY did a special "handshake," Gary and Nate WAGLER performed the "Wagler Drinking song," and Mark WAGLER gave a special tribute to "dear Aunt Darline," who passed two days before.

Sept. 21 was a flurry of outdoor cooking, providing lots of scrambled eggs and bacon, cinnamon sweet rolls, biscuit and gravy and cinnamon French toast that Kathy LOYD brought.

Then with kisses and hugs, the family disbanded, pulled up stakes and headed home.

Campers were: Mark and Pam WAGLER, Fort Madison; Jeannette RICHARDSON, Sperry; Rob, April and Blake WAGLER, Mount Union; Heidi PATTERSON, Salem; Sheril BOYLE, Rodney and Betty WALLMAN, Rob and Darla CHADDOCK, Yarmouth; Gary, LeAnne, Kirstie, Kiera and Kelli WAGLER, Nathan WAGLER, Desmond WILLIAMS, Bryanna MEHAFFY, Burlington; Dave and Linda THROCKMORTON, Keosauqua.

Visitors were: Sarah and Hannah WAGLER, Fort Madison; Whitney WAGLER, Wapello; Jim and Deanna GRABER, Eldridge; John, Hillary, Ethan and Wesley James MILO, Bettendorf; Aaron, Gwen, Alyssa, Katie BALTISBERGER, Bryanna MEHAFFY, Burlington; Les and Kathy LOYD, New London; Jason THROCKMORTON, Keosauqua; Woody SWARTZ and Sherry WEHRMAN, Kolona; Tisha FRY and Brayten WAGLER, West Burlington; Dave and Doris VanALST, Stockport.

The "Linger Longerers" were: Rob and Darla CHADDOCK, Jeannette RICHARDSON, Mark and Pam WAGLER.
