KENNEDYs celebrating 60th wedding anniversary

Jim and Rose KENNEDY of Fairfield will be celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary with an open house 1-4 p.m. Oct. 18 at the Walton Club.

The open house will be hosted by their children: Barbara KISTLER of Fairfield; Kevin KENNEDY of Ingleside, Illinois; Tom KENNEDY of Quincy, Illinois; Ted KENNEDY of Phoenix, Arizona; and Martha KENNEDY of Brooklyn, New York.

The couple also has six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The KENNEDYs were married Oct. 21, 1954, in Oxford. They moved to Fairfield in 1965. Mr. KENNEDY is retired, and Mrs. KENNEDY is broker/owner of Fairfield Farm & Home Real Estate.
