STEELEs celebrating 40th wedding anniversary

Terry and Kay STEELE of rural Fairfield will be celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary during an open house at 6 p.m. Saturday at the Fairfield Elks Lodge.

Kay Lynn WAGNER and Terry E. STEELE were married Sept. 7, 1974, at First Lutheran Church in Fairfield, with the Rev. Dean W. Berg officiating.

Mr. STEELE is a farmer and a R & H Crop Insurance agent. Mrs. STEELE is the First Lutheran Church secretary.

The couple has three sons: Jason STEELE and wife Carrie of Lockridge, Gregory STEELE and wife Nicole of Fairfield and Steven STEELE of Mediapolis; and four grandchildren.

The couple's sons and daughters-in-law are hosting the celebration. No presents are requested.
