PECKs celebrating 60th anniversary with card shower

Art and Rita PECK of Fairfield will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary Tuesday.

A card shower is planned to help them celebrate. Cards can be sent to 102 S. Fourth St., Fairfield 52556.

Rita STALLMAN and Art PECK were married Jan. 7, 1954, in Norway, Iowa.

They have five children: Bill PECK of Skiatook, Okla.; Roger PECK and wife Diana of Fairfield; Pat TARRENCE and husband Rex of Fairfield; Deb TAYLOR and husband Richard of Fairfield; and Randy PECK and wife Shani of Litchfield, Minn. They also have 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Mr. PECK retired from Pinkerton Security, but also had owned Peck's Billiards/Stonewall Lounge and had worked at Midwest Carbide, Loudens Machinery Company, Iowa Tech before it became Indian Hills Community College and Collins Radio.

Mrs. PECK worked at Collins Radio and The Fairfield Ledger.
