Reunions

CARTER

A reunion of the descendants of John and Bertha SYFERT CARTER was held July 28 at the Hillsboro Community Hall, with 53 attending.

The families of the late Frank and Lena CARTER CLARK hosted the reunion.

From Keosauqua: Harold and Carol CARTER and Deanna CARTER and Roger HASTINGS.

From Hillsboro: Gene and Linda CARTER, Gale and Marie CARTER, Cindy CARTER, Kelly CARTER, Terri REINIER, Hannah REINIER and Michael DOROTHY.

From Stockport: Betty WALLACE with James Anderson and Zoe and Richard FOREMAN with Julie.

From Birmingham: Helen NELSON and Wendell and Deb DOROTHY.

From Agency: Wayne and Patricia CARDER.

From Mount Pleasant: Dorothy CARTER, Gary and Marlene CARTER and Casey and Tammy LEFFEL.

From Davenport: Marvin and Peggy CRABLE and Lori BROWN.

From Victor: Floyd and Shirley PENDER.

From Burlington: Larry and Barb PENDER.

From Bloomfield: Billy and Marcella PREVO.

From North Liberty: Travis LETTS and Molly SIKORN.

Attending from out of state were: Leo and Pat PENDER of Silvis, Ill.; Marlene HENRY and John JORDAN of Memphis, Mo.; LIlly CARTER of Good Hope, Ill.; and Marlena STEVENSON of Fort Leavenworth, Kan.

The 2014 reunion will be held July 27 at Milton Legion Hall in Milton. The hosts will be the families of the late Phil and Velma CARTER PENDER.
